Terms of Service

The service is for business-to-business prospecting. The records we surface are business and work-related contact details for companies and the professional roles inside them. Do not use EmailWorld AI to build profiles of private individuals, to target consumers at home, or for any non-business purpose.

Every plan has fair-use limits: a per-search cap, a daily export cap and a monthly allowance shown on your plan card and in the app. Limits describe the maximum we will attempt, not a guaranteed number of results. The number of records you actually receive depends on what is available for your keywords, industry, country and filters at that moment, and on de-duplication and quality filtering. We do not promise a fixed quantity, a fixed match rate, revenue, replies or any business outcome.

AI is used only to improve search quality and drafting: understanding your keywords and industries, ranking and de-duplicating results, detecting bad or risky records, and helping you write your own messages. We do not sell your data and we do not use your account content or uploaded lists to sell anything to third parties. AI output can be wrong — always check a record before you rely on it.

You are the sender and the data controller of your campaigns. You must comply with the law that applies to you and to your recipients, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR/ePrivacy, CASL, PECR and local marketing rules: identify yourself truthfully, keep messages relevant to the recipient's business, honour opt-outs immediately, and include a working unsubscribe or reply-to-stop path. Do not send unlawful, deceptive, adult, scam or unsolicited bulk mail. Do not use the service to harass anyone.

No reselling or public redistribution of our database outside the features we provide, no scraping or automating the app outside published APIs, no sharing your account, no attempts to bypass limits, quotas or payment, and no uploading of data you have no right to process.

Business owners can ask us to remove their business contact details, and anyone can report incorrect business information, from Settings & data controls. A person reviews every request. Confirmed removals are deleted and blocked from re-collection.

You are responsible for your login and for activity on your account. You can permanently delete your account and all data linked to it at any time from Settings. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Plan prices, allowances and billing terms are shown before you pay. Refunds are handled under our Refund policy.

The service is provided "as is". Third-party sources, verification providers and messaging platforms can change or fail. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months, and we are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages.
