Privacy Policy

Account data. Your name, email address and authentication identifiers when you create an account or sign in with Google.

Usage data. Feature usage counters (extractions, verifications, messages sent), plan and payment status, and basic technical logs needed to keep the service secure and working.

Content you provide. Lead lists you paste or upload, email subjects and message bodies you write, and campaign settings.

Google account data (only if you connect Gmail). Your Google email address and profile name, plus permission to send email on your behalf.

The Gmail sending feature is optional. If you choose to connect your Google account, we request only the scopes needed to send messages you compose yourself: gmail.send, userinfo.email and userinfo.profile.

We do not read, download, index, store or analyse your inbox, message contents, attachments, contacts or drafts. The permission is used exclusively to deliver the emails you explicitly request to send from your own address.

EmailWorld AI's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We never sell Google user data, never use it for advertising, and never allow humans to read it except with your explicit consent, for security investigations, or where required by law.

Your Google authorisation is stored encrypted on our servers and is tied to your account only. You can revoke it at any time from the "Send with Gmail" panel (Disconnect) or from your Google account permissions page. Disconnecting deletes the stored authorisation immediately.

To operate the service: extract leads, verify email deliverability, and send the messages you create.

To enforce plan limits and daily sending or verification quotas.

To process payments, prevent abuse and fraud, and provide customer support.

To send you service and account notifications. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers that make the product work: our cloud hosting and database provider, our email verification provider, our payment processors, and Google (only for delivering your own Gmail messages). Each processes data on our instructions.

We may disclose information where legally required, or to protect our rights and users' safety.

Account and usage data is kept while your account is active. Lead lists and verification results are kept until you delete them or clear your list. Google authorisations are deleted as soon as you disconnect.

You can delete your account yourself, at any time, from Settings & data controls. This permanently removes your profile and photo, your sign-in credentials, your extracted lists, verification jobs, connected WhatsApp/BizChat sessions and messages, reviews and marketplace records, your mobile notification tokens and history, and every export file we hold for you. It is immediate and cannot be undone. Records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons (such as payment invoices) are retained in anonymised form only. You can also email support@emailworldai.com and we will action deletion within 30 days.

EmailWorld AI works with business and work-related contact details — companies and the professional roles inside them — not consumer profiles. If you own or represent a business whose details appear in the app, you can request removal, and anyone can report incorrect business information, from Settings & data controls. A person reviews every request; confirmed removals are deleted from our database and blocked from re-collection.

AI is used only to improve search quality and drafting: interpreting your keywords and industries, ranking and de-duplicating results, spotting invalid or risky records, and helping you write your own outreach. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your account content or uploaded lists to sell anything to third parties. AI is never used to make automated decisions about a person's legal rights.

We request the minimum: optional photo gallery access only when you choose an image to upload, and optional notifications for events you asked for (a reply arriving, a job finishing, a payment approved). We never request camera, contacts, location, microphone or SMS access.

In the Android app you can opt in to notifications for: a discovery search finishing, an export file being ready, your daily allowance running low, and important account or security notices. Product announcements are optional and can be switched off separately in Settings & data controls.

To deliver them we store a push token for each device you enable notifications on, along with the device model and app version, plus a delivery record for each notification (category, time sent, whether it was opened). We never put lead data, email addresses or phone numbers inside a notification. Tokens and delivery records are deleted when you turn notifications off, sign out of that device, or delete your account. Declining notifications never limits any feature.

When you ask us to build an export, the file is generated on our servers and stored in private storage that only your own account can read. Downloads use short-lived signed links (a few minutes each) and the stored file is automatically deleted after 7 days.

If you explicitly confirm it, we email a private download link to your account email address. We never attach the file itself to an email, and we never email your export to anyone else. Deleting your account immediately deletes every stored export file along with the rest of your data.

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with access controls that restrict records to your own account. Sensitive credentials, including Google authorisations, are encrypted at rest. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

You are responsible for the messages you send and for complying with anti-spam and data protection laws such as CAN-SPAM, GDPR and your local equivalents. Do not use EmailWorld AI to send unlawful, deceptive or unsolicited bulk mail to people who have no legitimate interest in hearing from you.

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data, and object to certain processing. Contact support@emailworldai.com and we will respond within the time frame the law requires.

EmailWorld AI is for business use and is not intended for anyone under 16.

If we make material changes to this policy we will update the date above and notify you in the app or by email before the changes take effect.
